Returns can be made within 30 days of the original ship date. We only accept returns from the original purchaser or original gift recipient. We only accept returns purchased from Gelatordrip.com or our Gelato retail stores. We will not accept returns for clothing purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, from reselling sites, final sale items, or accept returns due to misuse or neglect.
Gelatodrip.com and Gelato retail stores are not on the same systems and therefore, Gelatodrip.com cannot issue refunds to the original payment for purchases made at retail stores. Only merchandise credit can be issued for purchases made at retail stores and then returned to Gelatodrip.com.
• For merchandise returned within 30 days of the ship date with the original retail receipt or online packing slip, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
• For all returns without the original receipt or packing slip, a merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price.
• Your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days of being received.
• If you are making an exchange, we offer a free return label.
• If you are making a return, you will have the option to select a UPS label for $8, which is deducted from your refund, or you can ship your return back to us using your own shipping method.
• If you are returning the package on your own with the carrier of your choice you will pay the return postage at the time of shipping. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Please keep a copy of the tracking number if you are using your own shipping carrier for the return. We are not responsible for returned packages until they reach our warehouse.
